1. If you have registered yourself with Jobboosts, you can select your plan while signing up, which will direct you to the payments page.

2. If you have created your account via Gmail you have to click on Upgrade Plan, where you can select the plan of your choice, which will redirect you to the payment page.

 

You will always be intimated on your mobile & your email in advance about the renewal dates. Your card will be used only after you confirm that you want to renew the subscription, OR in case you have already given us permission in advance.

 

You can either click on the plan that you want to upgrade to OR contact our helpdesk, to get it done.
 

If you are not satisfied and want to cancel your subscription, You will need to contact our helpdesk.

 

You can take one subscription at a time but you can upgrade your plan at any time.

No, you cannot upload your resume and customize it. You have to use the templates available on the platform.

Yes, you can add a picture in your resume.

The resume is not available to download in Word, but you can download your resume in pdf format.

  • Select Download on the dashboard tab or within the resume editor to test
  • If this does not resolve the issue there could be connection issues impacting your account. Please test your internet connection speed.

Yes, you should introduce yourself in a cover letter. Introduce yourself by stating your name, the position you’re applying for, and how you found it.

No, you should not put a photo on your cover letter. Including a photo on your cover letter goes against proper cover letter formatting, and will make you look unprofessional.

No, a cover letter can’t be two pages. A two-page cover letter is too long and is likely to lose the hiring manager’s attention.

As you start adding content to your cover letter, you can preview your document in the template anytime on the preview page. Your edits are reflected in the preview in real-time
